RECOMENDACIONES ESPECIFICAS PARA CIUDADANOS ARGENTINOS EN EMIRATOS ÁRABES UNIDOS

A la fecha se recomienda permanecer en sus domicilios/hoteles o lugar seguro estipulado por las autoridades locales hasta nuevo aviso y mantenerse alejados de instalaciones militares en los EAU

Permanecer alerta y acatar  las instrucciones de autoridades y sistemas de alerta locales a través de comunicaciones oficiales de las autoridades emiratíes por todos los medios oficiales posibles tales como la Agencia WAM de noticias, las Policías de Abu Dhabi y Dubai y el Ministerio del Interior y de Defensa de los EAU

Contar con pasaporte vigente y en buenas condiciones, así como toda otra documentación necesaria para viajar o identificarse (venia de viaje y partidas de nacimiento o libro de familia, DNI, libreta de casamiento)

En caso único y exclusivo de verse su integridad física afectada/comprometida comunicarse al teléfono de guardia de emergencia consular de esta Embajada.

RECOMENDACIONES ESPECIFICAS PARA CIUDADANOS ARGENTINOS QUE PREVEAN VIAJES/TRÁNSITO EN LOS EMIRATOS ÁRABES UNIDOS

Se recomienda NO realizar viajes no esenciales o de turismo a los Emiratos Árabes Unidos y postergarlos hasta nuevo aviso cuando la situación regional se haya estabilizado y solicita especialmente evitar el tránsito por los Aeropuertos Internacionales de esta jurisdicción atento restricciones del espacio aéreo local y dinámicas disrupciones/cancelaciones de vuelos comerciales internacionales.

En caso de tener programados vuelos deberán comunicarse directamente con las aerolíneas y seguir estrictamente las alertas de viaje de los Aeropuertos Internacionales correspondientes ante la la situación dinámica del espacio aéreo en la región.

De encontrarse de visita por turismo o por viaje no esencial, se recomienda enfáticamente abandonar esta jurisdicción cuando la situación y el tráfico aéreo lo permita.

RECOMENDACIONES ADICIONALES A LA COMUNIDAD ARGENTINA RESIDENTE EN LOS EAU Y CIUDADANOS ARGENTINOS EN LA JURISDICCIÓN

  1. El Ministerio del Interior de los EAU urge a todos los ciudadanos, residentes extranjeros y visitantes en esta jurisdicción contactarse al número de guardia 999 para casos de afectación/emergencia de integridad física únicamente, a efectos de dar pronta respuesta de la autoridad emiratí competente en terreno.
  2. La Fiscalía Pública de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos (EAU) advierte a los ciudadanos, residentes extranjeros y visitantes en esta jurisdicción sobre las consecuencias legales de publicar o circular rumores e información de fuentes desconocidas o información no corroborada o falsa (fake news) a través de plataformas de redes sociales o cualquier otro medio tecnológico, debido a las consecuencias de los mismos, incluida la propagación de confusión y el daño a la seguridad y estabilidad de los EAU.

La Fiscalía reitera la necesidad de obtener información únicamente de fuentes oficiales y acreditadas, y abstenerse de dejarse influenciar por el contenido que se publica o circula sin verificación.

Cualquier persona que comparta o reenvíe contenido de fuentes desconocidas estará sujeta a responsabilidad legal de acuerdo con la legislación aplicable, incluso si no es el creador original de dicho contenido, tal la información indicada por dicho organismo.

SE SOLICITA LA COLABORACIÓN DE LOS CIUDADANOS ARGENTINOS EN LA JURISDICCIÓN DE ABSTENERSE A PRESTARSE A ESTE TIPO DE PRÁCTICAS, POR LA SEGURIDAD Y BIENESTAR DE QUIENES SE ENCUENTRAN EN LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN.

EVALUATION REPORT No 6 E 2016. "Tendering process to Lease a Property for the Official Residence of The Argentine Embassy in United Arab Emirates" (Second Invitation)

EVALUATION REPORT N° 6 E/2016
EEARB – LEASING OF A PROPERTY FOR THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE OF THE EMBASSY OF ARGENTINA IN UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. PRIVATE TENDER EEARB No 3/2016 (SECOND INVITATION)

The Evaluation committee designated according to the Ministerial Resolution Number 135 dated 14 March 2014, and under the provisions of Regulation of Contracting Regime of the National Public Administration approved by Decree No 893/12, has analyzed the Private Tender process EEARB No 3/2016 (Second Invitation) which objective is Leasing a Property use as Official Residence of The Embassy of Argentine Republic at United Arab Emirates (EEARB), and the offers submitted by: I)LUNACCESS REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT L.L.C.; II)AMENA HUSSAIN AL NOWAIS AND III)WILTSHIRE REAL ESTATE L.L.C, in their formal aspects and the quality of the bidders.

The LUNACCESS REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT L.L.C. submitted the offer indicated in pages 428 to 467 (Non-official translation in pages 469 to 478), for the leasing of the property located as Villa G3 Hills Abu Dhabi, City of Abu Dhabi, for the total amount of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY EMIRATI DIRHAM (UAE618,250), including security deposit, realtor fee, and others.

Mrs. AMENA HUSSAIN AL NOWAIS (DI N° 784-1988-1957280-5), submitted the offer indicated in pages 479 to 506 (Non-official translation in pages 508 to 518), for the leasing of the property located as Villa 229 Saadiyat Island, City of Abu Dhabi, for the total amount of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY EMIRATI DIRHAM (UAE618,250), including security deposit and realtor fee.

The WILTSHIRE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT L.L.C. submitted the offer indicated in pages 519 to 556 (Non-official translation in pages 558 to 574), for the leasing of the property located as Villa 737 (SB17), Saadiyat Beach Villas Community, City of Abu Dhabi, for the total amount of SIX HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND EMIRATI DIRHAM (UAE616,000), including security deposit and realtor fee.

The General Direction of Infrastructure, Services and Property Management (DGISA) informed, through Memorandum No 317 dated 30 August 2016, indicated in pages 579 to 580, that all the properties meet the approved Technical Specifications. As well informed that all the offers are economically reasonable.

Note by COMEV No 9/2016 dated 01 September 2016, attached on page 581, The Evaluation Committee (COMEV) request to LUNACCESS REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT L.L.C.: i) submit signed copies of the documents detailed therein and ii) indicate if LUNACCESS is the owner of the offer property, if it is not, it will be necessary to comply with the point 4.7 of the Bidding Terms.
 

In the Pages 587 to 606 the Mission complied with the requested documents.

After analyzing the submitted documents, it appears that the offer by LUNACCESS REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT L.L.C. complied with the requested documents on the Special Bidding Terms and Conditions.

Conclusion:

Based on what has been stated previously, this Commission recommends:

A) Award by suitable offer, the leasing of the property located as Villa 737 (SB17), Saadiyat Beach Villas Community, City of Abu Dhabi, for the total amount of  SIX HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND EMIRATI DIRHAM (UAE616,000), including the security deposit and the realtor fee ,for a period of one (1) year from the signing of the contract.

B) Set a second in order of merit, the offer submitted by Mrs. AMENA HUSSAIN AL NOWAIS (DI N° 784-1988-1957280-5) and third the offer submitted by LUNACCESS REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT L.L.C.
